Pre international 22" hoop -half the inlay is missing. At least I think this is pre international its super tight  but will just about fit over a regular 22" shell.

Some marks, small bashes and scuffs as you would expect. But overall a nice hoop with as surprisingly metallic ting when you knock it- i would guess it's mahogany.
