Slingerland Set-O-Matic double tom arm. Its been repaired at somepoint and its a good solid repair - the right hand side is replaced with a brass version which looks to match really closely I tried to twist it and there was no indication it would budge.

Some dents on the shaft and a homemade memory lock is fitted.
