Unknown brand Vintage 16" Effects Cymbal

 I would guess going by the lathing/patterns on the surface that this is pre 1940s but its unusually heavy for the period. At some point its had holes added for rivets but instead of a drill i think they used a hamer and a nail, then its been lacquered at some point after that. The surface is pretty wavy so its exceedingly dry sounding.
